测试了基础油包水(简称W/O)型润肤乳的流变曲线,经数据拟合表明,W/O型润肤乳的流变性能符合 Herschel-Bulkley模型。研究了硬脂酸镁、有机膨润土、油相比例等3个配方因素对W/O型润肤乳流变性能的影响。结果表明,随着硬脂酸镁或有机膨润土的加入,油相比例降低都使W/O型润肤乳的黏度、屈服应力和触变性增加,并使流动特性指数降低。但是,它们对W/O型润肤乳流变性能的作用机理不同,因此,影响效果也不同。
測試瞭基礎油包水(簡稱W/O)型潤膚乳的流變麯線,經數據擬閤錶明,W/O型潤膚乳的流變性能符閤 Herschel-Bulkley模型。研究瞭硬脂痠鎂、有機膨潤土、油相比例等3箇配方因素對W/O型潤膚乳流變性能的影響。結果錶明,隨著硬脂痠鎂或有機膨潤土的加入,油相比例降低都使W/O型潤膚乳的黏度、屈服應力和觸變性增加,併使流動特性指數降低。但是,它們對W/O型潤膚乳流變性能的作用機理不同,因此,影響效果也不同。
측시료기출유포수(간칭W/O)형윤부유적류변곡선,경수거의합표명,W/O형윤부유적류변성능부합 Herschel-Bulkley모형。연구료경지산미、유궤팽윤토、유상비례등3개배방인소대W/O형윤부유류변성능적영향。결과표명,수착경지산미혹유궤팽윤토적가입,유상비례강저도사W/O형윤부유적점도、굴복응력화촉변성증가,병사류동특성지수강저。단시,타문대W/O형윤부유류변성능적작용궤리불동,인차,영향효과야불동。
The rheological properties of W/O emollient emulsions were determined;the re-sults showed that the rheological curves of the emulsions obtained by fitting experimental da-ta accorded with the Herschel-Bulkley model .Further effects of magnesium stearate ,or-ganobentonite and oil phase ratio on the rheological property of emulsion were studied .The results showed that with the addition of magnesium stearate or organobentonite ,or reduc-tion of oil phase ratio ,the viscosity ,yield value and thixotropy of W/O emollient emulsions all increased ,and flow characteristics index decreased .But the mechanism of their effects on the emollient emulsions are different ,therefore ,the result of their effects on the thixotropy are different .
