目的：探讨使受检者获得明确诊断和满意的图像,减少对比剂不良反应的发生,使受检者顺利完成检查的护理方法。方法：回顾性分析我院200例行CT泌尿系统检查（CTU）患者的临床资料,检查前全面评估受检者,详细询问病史,使膀胱充分充盈,做好检查前准备;检查中观察预防造影剂外渗过敏反应;检查后继续观察造影剂不良反应。结果：除9例检查失败外其余均成功完成检查。结论：做好检查前、检查中及检查后的护理是受检者安全成功完成CTU检查的关键。
목적：탐토사수검자획득명학진단화만의적도상,감소대비제불량반응적발생,사수검자순리완성검사적호리방법。방법：회고성분석아원200례행CT비뇨계통검사（CTU）환자적림상자료,검사전전면평고수검자,상세순문병사,사방광충분충영,주호검사전준비;검사중관찰예방조영제외삼과민반응;검사후계속관찰조영제불량반응。결과：제9례검사실패외기여균성공완성검사。결론：주호검사전、검사중급검사후적호리시수검자안전성공완성CTU검사적관건。
Objective： To explore a nursing method for obtaining satisfactory images and reducing adverse reaction due to contrast reagents to complete the examination smoothly in urinary system detection with 64-row spiral CT. Methods： The clinical data of 200 patients receiving urinary system detection with 64-row spiral CT in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Before the detection, all the patients were wholly evaluated, case history carefully examined and bladder congestion ensured. During the detection, the sensitive reaction due to the contrast reagents was prevented. Meanwhile, the adverse reaction was observed after the detection. Results： The examination was successfully performed in all the patients but 9. Conclusion： It is important to conduct nursing before, during and after the examination for successful performance of the detection in patients.
