本文论述了加强医学生法律素质培养的重要意义,分析了我国现有医学生法律培养方式中的不足,籍此对医学院校加强医学生法律素质的方法进行了思考.同时指出:医学院应该将医学法律作为重要的教学内容,医学生必须学会用法律武装自己,学会站在法律的角度思考和解决问题,从而更好地服务社会.

In this article,the author discusses the significance of strengthening the legal awareness training for medical students and analyzes the deficiencies of existing legal training methods for medical students.The author wants to use this way having an in-depth thinking on methods of improving the legal qualities of students in medical colleges.The author points out that medical college should take medical law as an important part of teaching,and the medical students must learn how to use the law as the weapon to protect them selves,to learn how to solve the problem by standing on the legal perspective and to better serve the society.
