为精确调节循环水养殖系统中水体的pH,使鱼类生长在最适宜环境中,建立了一种新的pH维持系统。系统采用新型控制算法,通过向养殖水体持续加碱,将水体中的pH维持在一个稳定的数值。试验设定pH的目标值为74.,采用组态软件运行将PID、TCP、预判等多种计算相结合的算法来改变计量泵的输出流量,通过计量泵向调节池中持续注入碳酸氢钠( NaHCO3)溶液,以平衡水体中碱的消耗,最终将系统水体的pH长时间稳定在7.4±0.01的范围内。本pH维持系统能实现对循环水养殖系统中水体pH的精确调控,对维持水质的稳定及促进鱼类的健康生长具有重要意义。

In order to accurately regulate the pH of recirculating aquaculture systems , and build a suitable fish growth environment , we set up a new pH maintain system .The system adopts a new control algorithm , through using the method of continuous adding alkali into aquaculture ponds to maintain the pH of water at a stable value.This test set target the values of pH at 7.4, and combined PID, TCP, anticipation and various calculation algorithms to change metering pump output flow through using configuration software .Through injecting NaHCO 3 solution by metering pump continually , it could balance the consumption of alkali in water and make the pH stability for a long time in the range of 7.4 ±0.01.The pH maintain system could realize the pH of precise control in the recirculating aquaculture system , and keep the stability of water quality .It had important significance of promoting the healthy growth of fish .
