目的：了解我院门诊药房口服降糖药物的临床应用情况。方法：采用金额排序和限定日剂量（DDD）分析法，统计2009-2012年我院门诊药房降糖药物的消耗情况、用药费用、日用药金额（DDC）、品种分布、以及化学类与中成药降糖药的构成比。结果：我院口服降糖药销售金额呈逐年上升趋势，阿卡波糖、瑞格列奈和二甲双胍位于各年度销售金额前3位。二甲双胍在各年度用药频度（DDDs）中均居前3位。2009-2012年格列美脲DDDs呈逐年上升趋势。在6类化学降糖药中，α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂销售金额的构成比居首位。阿卡波糖的DDC居首位。噻唑烷二酮胰岛素增敏剂类降糖药销售金额构成比呈逐年降低趋势。我院口服降糖中成药销售金额的构成比呈逐年上升趋势。结论：我院口服降糖药的应用基本合理。
목적：료해아원문진약방구복강당약물적림상응용정황。방법：채용금액배서화한정일제량（DDD）분석법，통계2009-2012년아원문진약방강당약물적소모정황、용약비용、일용약금액（DDC）、품충분포、이급화학류여중성약강당약적구성비。결과：아원구복강당약소수금액정축년상승추세，아잡파당、서격렬내화이갑쌍고위우각년도소수금액전3위。이갑쌍고재각년도용약빈도（DDDs）중균거전3위。2009-2012년격렬미뇨DDDs정축년상승추세。재6류화학강당약중，α-포도당감매억제제소수금액적구성비거수위。아잡파당적DDC거수위。새서완이동이도소증민제류강당약소수금액구성비정축년강저추세。아원구복강당중성약소수금액적구성비정축년상승추세。결론：아원구복강당약적응용기본합리。
Objective: To understand the utilization of oral antidiabetic drugs in outpatient of our hospital. Methods:With the method of ordering of consumption sum and analysis on DDD, the utilization of the oral antidiabetic drugs in diabetic patients from 2009-2012 in outpatient pharmacy was analyzed in respect of consumption, drug costs, the daily drug cost (DDC), categories of drugs and constituent ratios of Chinese patent medicines and chemical drugs. Results:The sales of antidiabetic drugs had been increased year by year. The top 3 drugs of consumption sum were acarbose, repaglinide and metformin in every year. Metformin was always in the top 3 places in terms of DDDs. The DDDs of glimepiride increased year by year. The constituent ratio of consumption sum in alpha-glucosidase inhibitors was always in the ifrst place during 4 years in the 6 types of chemical antidiabetic drugs in outpatient pharmacy. DDC of acarbose was the highest in the antidiabetic drugs. The constituent ratio of consumption sun in thiazolidinediones decreased year by year. The constituent ratio of Chinese patent medicines in antidiabetic drugs increased annually. Conclusion:The utilization of oral antidiabetic drugs in our hospital was basically stable and reasonable during the period of 2009-2012.
