建立了顶空气相色谱法快速测定植物油中溶剂残留量的方法。采用 Rtx-1毛细管柱和氢火焰检测器测定,外标法定量。结果表明在0.00μg~173.00μg 范围内,正己烷的峰面积与其含量呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9993,检出限为1.8 mg/kg,平均加标回收率为73.12%~105.25%,相对标准偏差为2.9%~5.4%(n=5)。该方法简便快速、结果准确、重现性好,适合植物油中溶剂残留量的测定。

An analytical method for fast determination for solvent residue in vegetable oils by headspace gas chromatography was developed. The solvent residue in vegetable oils was separated by Rtx-1 column, and determined by a fire iron detector(FID). The result showed that the linear range was between 0 μg~173.00 μg and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 3. The detection limit was 1.8 mg/kg, and the average recoveries were between 73.12%and 105.25% with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 2.9%-5.4%(n=5). It was proved to be a convenient and accurate method for the analysis of solvent residue in vegetable oils.
