关州水电站为高水头、大容量的混流式水轮机机组,水轮机设计技术参数、结构件强度要求高。对水轮机转轮、转轮摩擦传递扭矩方式、转轮止漏装置、导叶传动机构、主轴下法兰对转轮补气结构、顶盖和蜗壳座环的优化设计和蜗壳水压试验工具的设计。

Guanzhou Hydropower Station is designed with Francis turbine units each with highoutput at high water head . The design indexes require the structural parts of turbine have high strength. An introduction was made on the optimization and design of turbine structural parts,with emphases on the turbine runner,runner friction torque transmission mode,runner leakage stop unit,guide vane drive mechanism,runner air replenishment unit from the lower flange of main shaft,turbine cover ,stay ring and spiral case water pressure testing tools.
