设计了一种隔爆应急发电系统,利用有限元软件对机架和发电机进行了有限元分析,并验证了其强度和刚度。提出了防爆智能型充电器设计方案,并采用恒流-恒压对蓄电池组进行充电试验。试验结果表明,该装置作为应急供电设备适用井下避难硐室、可移动避难救生舱以及煤矿井下其它应急供电场合,为煤矿安全生产及井下救援提供了保障。
設計瞭一種隔爆應急髮電繫統,利用有限元軟件對機架和髮電機進行瞭有限元分析,併驗證瞭其彊度和剛度。提齣瞭防爆智能型充電器設計方案,併採用恆流-恆壓對蓄電池組進行充電試驗。試驗結果錶明,該裝置作為應急供電設備適用井下避難硐室、可移動避難救生艙以及煤礦井下其它應急供電場閤,為煤礦安全生產及井下救援提供瞭保障。

A kind of emergency power generation system was designed for the mining explo-sion suppression?? The finite-element software was used to analyze the body frame and power gen-erator and to verify its strength and stiffness?? The design scheme was proposed for explosion-proof intelligent charger,and the storage battery set was charged under constant current and voltage?? The test results showed that the designed emergency generator is suitable for the refuge chamber or the movable refuge life-saving capsule,as well as the other emergency power supply, providing a strong guarantee for safe production and refuge in underground coal mine.
