针对戊10-31010工作面回采后可能导致顶板巷道变形的问题,在保护煤柱宽度设定的条件下,通过数值模拟分析了戊10-31010工作面不同采高条件下侧向顶板巷道的应力及断面变形情况。结果表明:当采高分别为1??8 m、2??8 m 与3??8m 时,巷道顶底板的垂直和水平应力集中系数变化均较小,此时改变工作面采高对侧向顶板巷道的采动应力影响较弱,巷道断面的变形量随采高的增加也未发生较大变化并均可支护;当采高变为4??8 m 时,巷道变形明显增大,而当采高继续增大为5??8 m 时变形趋于平缓,因此认为4??8 m 为采高对巷道变形影响的边界值。实际结果验证了戊10-31010工作面的采高由最初设计的1??8 m 改为2??8 m 后,巷道变形较小,经维护后仍能正常使用,从而提高了煤炭资源的回采率。

Aiming at the potential problem of roof roadway deformation after mining in E10-31010 working face,the stress and sectional deformation in the lateral roof roadway with dif-ferent mining heights in E10-31010 working face is analyzed using the numerical model with the fixed width of protective coal pillar.The results show that the concentration factors of vertical and horizontal stress in roof and floor of the roadway have small changes when the mining height is 1.8m,2.8m and 3.8m respectively,and changing the mining height that moment has little effect on mining stress in the roof roadway,and the deformation of roadway section has not changed much with the mining height increasing and can be supported;when the height is 4.8m, the roadway deformation increases significantly,but when the height reaches 5.8m,the roadway deformation tends to be gentle.So 4.8m is taken as the boundary value of mining height affecting the roadway deformation.The fact verifies that when the mining height changes from 1.8m to 2. 8m in E10-31010 working face,the roadway deformation is little and it can be used normally af-ter maintenance.So the mining rate of coal is improved.
