采用低温等离子(LTP)技术对羊毛表面进行改性,探讨了等离子体对羊毛润湿、染色性能的影响。结果表明:低温等离子处理羊毛最佳工艺为时间3 min、压强45 Pa、功率150 W;可有效去除羊毛表面鳞片,提高羊毛的染色性能。对经过LTP处理后的羊毛进行染色,耐皂洗牢度、耐摩擦色牢度和抗起毛起球性能都有了一定程度的提升。

Low temperature plasma technology was applied in surface modification of wool. The effects of the plasma treatment on wetting and dyeing properties of wool fabric were discussed. The results showed that the optimum conditions with low temperature plasma were as fol ows: 3 min, 45 Pa of pressure, 150 W of power. The low temperature plasma treatment could effectively remove the wool scales, and the dyeing properties of wool were improved. The color fastness to washing and rubbing, and the anti-pil ing properties of the low temperature plasma treated and dyed fabric were improved to some extent.
