试验研究和比较了生长期不同品种牛使用颗粒化TMR日粮饲喂其生长性能的变化。试验选择3个品种处在生长期[(11±1)月龄]的黑白花牛、西门塔尔牛和地方黄牛各8头,利用颗粒化TMR日粮进行饲喂,比较其体尺和增重的变化情况。结果表明,在试验第1周内,黑白花牛和西门塔尔牛的增重显著高于地方黄牛(P<0.05);而增重强度则以西门塔尔牛最高(P<0.05)。在第2周内,体高和胸深的增加以黑白花牛最少(P<0.05);增重在品种间虽没有显著差异(P>0.05),但增重强度以黑白花牛最小(P<0.05)。在第3周内,体高与胸围的增加皆以黑白花牛最小(P<0.05);增重在品种间也没有显著差异(P>0.05),而增重强度也以黑白花牛最小(P<0.05)。在第4周内,西门塔尔牛和地方黄牛胸围的增加显著高于黑白花牛(P<0.05)。4周累计增重以西门塔尔牛最高,显著高于地方黄牛(P<0.05);但累计增重强度西门塔尔牛和地方黄牛都显著高于黑白花牛(P<0.05)。总之,在试验期内,使用颗粒化TMR日粮饲喂生长期不同品种牛其生长速度不同,以黑白花牛的体尺和体重增加相对较低。

시험연구화비교료생장기불동품충우사용과립화TMR일량사위기생장성능적변화。시험선택3개품충처재생장기[(11±1)월령]적흑백화우、서문탑이우화지방황우각8두,이용과립화TMR일량진행사위,비교기체척화증중적변화정황。결과표명,재시험제1주내,흑백화우화서문탑이우적증중현저고우지방황우(P<0.05);이증중강도칙이서문탑이우최고(P<0.05)。재제2주내,체고화흉심적증가이흑백화우최소(P<0.05);증중재품충간수몰유현저차이(P>0.05),단증중강도이흑백화우최소(P<0.05)。재제3주내,체고여흉위적증가개이흑백화우최소(P<0.05);증중재품충간야몰유현저차이(P>0.05),이증중강도야이흑백화우최소(P<0.05)。재제4주내,서문탑이우화지방황우흉위적증가현저고우흑백화우(P<0.05)。4주루계증중이서문탑이우최고,현저고우지방황우(P<0.05);단루계증중강도서문탑이우화지방황우도현저고우흑백화우(P<0.05)。총지,재시험기내,사용과립화TMR일량사위생장기불동품충우기생장속도불동,이흑백화우적체척화체중증가상대교저。
The objective of this paper was to compare the growth effects of pellet TMR on the different species of growing cattle. Three species which were Holstein, Simmental and Local Yel-low Cattle respectively were introduced in this experiment. 8 cattle aged (11±1) month for each specie, and they were fed by pellet feed. The experimental results showed that, during the 1st W, the body weight gain of Holstein and Simmental were significantly higher than that of Local Yellow Cattle(P<0.05); but the weight gain rate was highest in Simmental (P<0.05). During the 2nd W, the gain of body height and chest depth were all lowest in Holstein (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in body weight gain between species, but the weight gain rate was also lowest in Holstein(P<0.05). During the 3rd W, the gain of body height and chest size were all highest in Local Yellow Cattle(P<0.05); there was no significant difference in body weight gain between species, but the weight gain rate was also lowest in Holstein(P<0.05). Dur-ing the 4th W, the gain of chest size in Sim-mental and Local Yellow Cattle were higher than that in Holstein(P<0.05). The total body weight gain was highest in Simmental, higher than that of Local Yellow Cattle (P<0.05); but the total body weight gain rate of Simmental and Local Yellow Cattle were higher than that of Holstein (P<0.05). In summary, there are some dif-ferences in the growth rate using pellet TMR between different species of growing cattle. And Holstein recorded the lower increase rate in body size and body weight.
