试验研究了日粮中添加乳酸粪肠球菌及复合益生菌对尼克粉蛋鸡的产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响。选用同一日龄的开产尼克粉蛋鸡1620只,按试验要求分成3组,每组设3个重复,每个重复180只,分别饲喂乳酸粪肠球菌及复合益生菌,饲养试验时间为56 d。结果表明:乳酸粪肠球菌组和复合益生菌组的料蛋比均降低了5.99%,且两组所产鸡蛋蛋品质在蛋白高度和哈氏单位方面均明显优于对照组。

This experiment researched the effect on the laying performance and egg quality of nike red chickens by adding lactic acid bacteria enterococcus faecalis and compound probiotics in diet. 1 620 nike red chickens at same day-age were randomly assigned to three dietary treat-ments with three replicates and 180 chickens with each pen. The groups received the same bas-al diet supplemented with lactic acid bacteria enterococcus faecalis and compound probiotics re-spectively. The feeding trial lasted for 56 days. The results indicated that the feed-egg ratio all reduced 5.99% by adding probiotics. While the albumen height and haugh unit of eggs from two experiment groups all were significantly improved than control group.
