目的通过3种方法比较，观察荧光定量聚合酶链反应（PCR）技术在子宫内膜结核诊断中的作用。方法选取2008年10月至2011年6月到河北省胸科医院妇科就诊的120例患者，其中以病理确诊子宫内膜结核患者88例为病例组。另外以病理排除子宫内膜结核且无其他部位结核的患者32例为对照组。通过诊断性刮宫、宫腔镜采集标本，应用荧光定量PCR、抗酸染色、结核菌培养3种方法检测。结核菌培养应用新鲜组织，荧光定量PCR、抗酸染色、病理为石蜡切片。结果荧光定量PCR法检测灵敏度、特异度明显高于抗酸染色法，假阳性、假阴性率明显低于抗酸染色法，荧光定量PCR与结核分枝杆菌培养法比较所用时间明显缩短。结论荧光定量PCR检测需要时间短，且准确率高，操作简便，可作为诊断子宫内膜结核的一种可靠方法。
목적통과3충방법비교，관찰형광정량취합매련반응（PCR）기술재자궁내막결핵진단중적작용。방법선취2008년10월지2011년6월도하북성흉과의원부과취진적120례환자，기중이병리학진자궁내막결핵환자88례위병례조。령외이병리배제자궁내막결핵차무기타부위결핵적환자32례위대조조。통과진단성괄궁、궁강경채집표본，응용형광정량PCR、항산염색、결핵균배양3충방법검측。결핵균배양응용신선조직，형광정량PCR、항산염색、병리위석사절편。결과형광정량PCR법검측령민도、특이도명현고우항산염색법，가양성、가음성솔명현저우항산염색법，형광정량PCR여결핵분지간균배양법비교소용시간명현축단。결론형광정량PCR검측수요시간단，차준학솔고，조작간편，가작위진단자궁내막결핵적일충가고방법。
Objective This study compared three ways ,observation of fluorescent quantitative PCR tech-nique in the diagnosis of endometrial tuberculosis .Methods We select 88 patients who are diagnosed endometrial tuberculosis in Hebei Chest Hospital Gynecological from October 2008 to June 2011 .And 32 patients who are of infertility were excluded by pathology .Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture used fresh tissue ,pathology ,fluores-cent quantitative PCR and acid staining used paraffin section .Results Fluorescence quantitative PCR method de-tection is of more sensitivity ,and more specificity than acid-fast staining .Fluorescence quantitative PCR costing time is shorter than that of cultivation of mycobacterium tuberculosis .Conclusion Time that fluorescence quanti-tative PCR detection need is short ,and its accuracy is high ,operation is easy .It can be used as a reliable method for diagnosis of endometrial tuberculosis .
