自我认知（self-cognition）是对自己的洞察和理解，包括自我观察和自我评价。自我观察是指对自己的感知、思维和意向等方面的觉察；自我评价是指恰当地认识自我，实事求是地评价自己，是自我调节和人格完善的重要前提。本文以数所高校独生子女研究结果为基础，从专业的社会心理学角度对其自身进行细致的分析、研究。寻找规律性，探讨有价值的对策，促进“90后”独生子女自我认知的发展，从而提升和完善他们的自我认知水平，解决他们的心理健康问题，促进独生子女在各方面的全面发展，更好地适应社会，推动社会的发展，成为合格的社会成员。

Self-cognition is a person's insight and understanding of himself, including self-observation and self-evaluation. Self-observation refers to the person's detection of his own per-ception, thinking and intention, while self-evaluation, an impor-tant premise of self-adjustment and personality improvement, is a correct recognition of the person himself and a practical evalua-tion of himself. Based on the research results of students of sev-eral universities from one-child families, this paper analyzes and researches from the perspective of professional social psychology. It aims to find certain rules, explore valuable countermeasures, and promote the self-cognition development of"post-90s"chil-dren from one-child families, so as to improve their self-cogni-tion, solve their psychological problems, promote their overall de-velopment, and help them become qualified social members.
