为实现核反应堆pin-by-pin精细Monte Carlo粒子输运模拟,研发了组合几何Monte Carlo粒子输运支撑软件框架JCOGIN以支撑千万个几何体、百亿个粒子的Monte Carlo粒子输运大规模并行计算。JCOGIN框架采用层次式、模块化的体系结构设计了适应现代高性能计算机体系结构特征的数据结构,在此基础上实现了对粒子并行与区域分解相耦合的两级并行计算的支撑。在 JCOGIN 框架下研发了JM C T程序,并进行性能测试,在2万个处理器核上并行效率达70%;基于区域分解完成了大亚湾全堆芯pin-by-pin模型模拟,几何体数达千万,粒子数达百亿。
為實現覈反應堆pin-by-pin精細Monte Carlo粒子輸運模擬,研髮瞭組閤幾何Monte Carlo粒子輸運支撐軟件框架JCOGIN以支撐韆萬箇幾何體、百億箇粒子的Monte Carlo粒子輸運大規模併行計算。JCOGIN框架採用層次式、模塊化的體繫結構設計瞭適應現代高性能計算機體繫結構特徵的數據結構,在此基礎上實現瞭對粒子併行與區域分解相耦閤的兩級併行計算的支撐。在 JCOGIN 框架下研髮瞭JM C T程序,併進行性能測試,在2萬箇處理器覈上併行效率達70%;基于區域分解完成瞭大亞灣全堆芯pin-by-pin模型模擬,幾何體數達韆萬,粒子數達百億。

The combinatorial geometry Monte Carlo particle transport infrastructure JCOGIN was introduced . The architecture and data structure of JCOGIN were designed .Further ,particle parallelism and decomposition parallelism were designed and implemented to support the up to 10 million solids and 10 billion particles . By the testing ,JMCT which was developed on JCOGIN reaches the parallel efficiency of 70%on 20 480 cores for outside source problem (P9) with 2G particles .By the decompo-sition parallelism ,the pin-by-pin computation of the Dayawan reactor was implemented , and the number of the solids is up to 10 million and the number of particles is up to 10 billio n .
