我国核安全法规对安全分析程序验证和确认（V&V ）比较缺乏，文章描述了国内外在核安全分析中应用的程序验证和确认的标准和法规，最后结合重大专项的项目，讨论了建立核安全程序验证和确认的必要性和应注意的问题，具体包括在测试过程中核安全审评部门应测试的范围及对需进行V&V的安全分析程序如何划分的问题。

T he nuclear safety regulations in China are lack of verification and validation (V&V) of the safety analysis codes .The standards and regulations used in verification and validation of codes for nuclear security at home and abroad were described . Combined with the major special project ,the necessity of verification and validation of nuclear safety codes were discussed .Meanwhile ,the problems which should be paid attention to were also discussed ,including the testing scope of nuclear safety review department in the process of test ,and how to divide the V&V analysis safety program .
