随着《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》的出台，新一轮的教育改革已经全面实施。新形势下，体育课程改革与阳光体育如何相互促进是学校体育教育教学所面临的问题。本文根据本溪市体育教育教学工作的实际，提出了体育课程改革与阳光体育相互促进的解决策略，即树立“健康第一”的指导思想、以增强学生体质健康作为主线、以“2+1项目”为载体、以阳光体育项目内容作为国家体育课程标准的教学内容的提高点、以开发体育课程资源为亮点。最后本文提出新形势下，体育课程改革与阳光体育相互促进的有效途径。

With the announcement of "Outline of the National Medium and Long-Term Program for Education Reform and De-velopment", a new round of education reform has been compre-hensively implemented. In the new situation, the mutual promo-tion of sports curriculum reform and sunshine sports is an issue for the education and teaching of school sports. In accordance with the practice of sports education and teaching in Benxi City, the countermeasures for the mutual promotion of sports curricu-lum reform and sunshine sports are proposed, such as the estab-lishment of "health first" as the guiding ideology, taking the strengthening of students' physical health as the main line, taking"2+1 project"as the carrier, taking sunshine sports project as the contents to promote national sports curriculum standard, and highlighting the development of sports curriculum resources. In the end, the effective measures for the mutual promotion of sports curriculum reform and sunshine sports in the new situation are put forward.
