目的：为药房工作人员提供参考并提高门诊药房调剂准确性和安全性。方法：对我院门诊药房2010年～2012年外包装相似的药品进行统计，并对因包装相似药品导致的调剂隐患进行分析。结果：共发现25对外包装相似的药品，相似内容包括图案、颜色、包装尺寸等，因其包装相似造成的调剂隐患共47次。结论：加强对外包装相似的药品的管理，并采取相应预防措施以消除因药品外包装相似而造成的调剂隐患。
목적：위약방공작인원제공삼고병제고문진약방조제준학성화안전성。방법：대아원문진약방2010년～2012년외포장상사적약품진행통계，병대인포장상사약품도치적조제은환진행분석。결과：공발현25대외포장상사적약품，상사내용포괄도안、안색、포장척촌등，인기포장상사조성적조제은환공47차。결론：가강대외포장상사적약품적관리，병채취상응예방조시이소제인약품외포장상사이조성적조제은환。
Objective:Providing reference for pharmacists and enhancing the dispensing accuracy and ensuring dispensing se-curity.Methods:Investigation was conducted on drugs with similar outer package in the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital from 2010 to 2012 and analyzing the hidden drug dispensing damage caused by these drugs .Results:25 pairs of drugs were found to be of similar outer package in pattern, color or the size of package etc, which resulted in hidden dispensing danger in 47 cases. Conclusion:Strengthening management on these drugs is very necessary and taking countermeasures to avoid the hidden dispen-sing danger in advance.
