目的：探讨荣军病人有效的健康教育模式。方法：将入院荣军随机分成实验组和对照组，对照组给予常规入院教育模式，实验组依据其健康需求实行个性化教育模式，2组于出院时发放统一的健康知识问卷进行调查。结果：2组病人健康知识均得以提高，但实验组知晓情况好于对照组，2组差异有统计学意义。结论：依据荣军病人健康状况及健康需求制定个性化健康教育模式，能更好提高病人健康知晓率，改变病人健康行为习惯，提高他们晚年的生活质量。
목적：탐토영군병인유효적건강교육모식。방법：장입원영군수궤분성실험조화대조조，대조조급여상규입원교육모식，실험조의거기건강수구실행개성화교육모식，2조우출원시발방통일적건강지식문권진행조사。결과：2조병인건강지식균득이제고，단실험조지효정황호우대조조，2조차이유통계학의의。결론：의거영군병인건강상황급건강수구제정개성화건강교육모식，능경호제고병인건강지효솔，개변병인건강행위습관，제고타문만년적생활질량。
Objective:To explore the effective model of health education for patients of veterans .Methods:The admission test were randomly divided into experimental group and control group .The control group was given conventional admission education model .The ex-perimental group on the basis of the health needs of the individualized education model .Health knowledge in two groups were issued a uni-fied questionnaire .Results:Health knowledge of two groups of patients were improved .But the experimental group is better than control group awareness .There was a significant difference between the two groups .Conclusion:According to the survey results to draft the model of health education , it can better improve patient health knowledge and change the patient habits .
