目的:探讨阴道炎五联检法与传统镜检法(湿片镜检)在白带常规检测中的应用比较。方法:采用748例妇科门诊患者的白带标本同时用阴道炎五联检法和传统显微镜镜检法进行检测。结果:五联检测法在乳酸杆菌、白细胞、BV及念珠菌的检出率方面均高于传统的检查方法,其中念珠菌的检出率26.20%明显高于传统检测方法的检出率19.65%,该差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而在滴虫的检出率方面则低于传统检查方法,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)结论:阴道炎五联检法可以较为准确的反映阴道炎病原菌,并且与传统的检验方法具有互补性,因此,联合检测是白带常规检测较为理想的方法。

Objective:Explore the of comparison vaginitis five joint inspection method and the traditional microscopic examination method ( wet microscopy ) in the leucorrhea routine inspection .Methods:We chosed 748 cases of gynecologic outpatient patients'leu-corrhoea specimens tested by vaginitis five joint inspection method and the traditional method .Results:The detection rates by Five joint in-spection method in lactic acid bacteria and white blood cells , BV and candida were higher than the traditional examination method .Candi-da detection rate of 26.20%was significantly higher than the traditional test method of the detection rate of 19.65%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01);while in detection rate of trichomonad is below the traditional examination method , there was no sta-tistically significant difference (P >0.05).Conclution:Vaginitis of five joint inspection method can more accurately reflect the vaginitis pathogenic bacteria , and with the traditional test method is complementary .As a result, the joint detection is the ideal method in the leu-corrhea conventional detection .
