目的：阐述射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛的方法及适应证。方法：用射频穿刺针经皮穿刺达卵圆孔内半月神经节处，连接射频热凝仪及相配套电极作控温加热VⅠ支70°C以下射频热凝（为了预防麻痹性角膜炎发生，我们一般采用眶上孔处眶上神经射频热凝术，一般给予75～80°C射频热凝．这样比较安全。），VⅡ、VⅢ支一般70～75°C射频热凝，热凝三叉神经相关感觉支。结果：总有效率99．33％，无效0．77％，复发率1．94％。结论：射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛安全，适应证广，效果显著。
목적：천술사빈열응술치료삼차신경통적방법급괄응증。방법：용사빈천자침경피천자체란원공내반월신경절처，련접사빈열응의급상배투전겁작공온가열VⅠ지70°C이하사빈열응（위료예방마비성각막염발생，아문일반채용광상공처광상신경사빈열응술，일반급여75～80°C사빈열응．저양비교안전。），VⅡ、VⅢ지일반70～75°C사빈열응，열응삼차신경상관감각지。결과：총유효솔99．33％，무효0．77％，복발솔1．94％。결론：사빈열응술치료삼차신경통안전，괄응증엄，효과현저。
objective:To explain and indication method of radiofrequency thermocoagulation for treatment of trigeminal neuralgia .
