Chinese herb additive%growing-finishing pigs%blood serum index
选择体重约30 kg的杜长大三元杂种猪72头,按体重和性别随机分为4个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复6头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮;抗生素组在生长猪(30~60 kg)每吨饲粮中添加金霉素50 g、肥育猪(60~110 kg)每吨饲粮添加牛至油15 g;中药Ⅰ组在基础饲粮中添加1%中药配方Ⅰ;中药Ⅱ组在基础饲粮中添加1%中药配方Ⅱ。饲养试验预试期10 d,正试期117 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,胆固醇含量,中药Ⅰ组降低3.33%(P<0.01),中药Ⅱ组降低4.44%(P<0.01);甘油三酯含量,中药Ⅰ组提高6.06%(P<0.01),中药Ⅱ组提高7.58%(P<0.01);高密度脂蛋白含量,中药Ⅰ组提高10.75%(P<0.01),中药Ⅱ组提高13.98%(P<0.01);低密度脂蛋白含量,中药Ⅰ组降低11.11%(P<0.01),中药Ⅱ组降低13.68%(P<0.01);血清尿素氮含量,中药Ⅰ组降低6.39%(P<0.01),中药Ⅱ组降低2.99%(P<0.01);碱性磷酸酶活性,中药Ⅰ组提高43.04%(P<0.01),中药Ⅱ组提高43.86%(P<0.01);谷丙转氨酶活性,中药Ⅰ组提高6.85%(P<0.01),中药Ⅱ组提高7.47%(P<0.01);谷草转氨酶活性,中药Ⅰ组提高15.94%(P<0.01),中药Ⅱ组提高16.75%(P<0.01)。且中药Ⅰ组和中药Ⅱ组的应用效果均好于抗生素组。说明在生长肥育猪饲粮中添加中药能改善血清生化指标。

72 Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire pigs which weighed about 30 kg were randomly divided into four groups,each treatment had 3 replicates and each consisting of 6 pigs.The control group was fed the basal diet, antibiotic group was added chlortetracycline 50 g per ton of diet on growing pigs, oregeno oil was added 15 g per ton of diet on finishing pigs,Chinese herbsⅠgroup was added 1% Chinese herbs formulaⅠ,Chinese herbsⅡgroup was added 1% Chinese herbs formulaⅡ.Pre-trial feeding trial lasted 10 days,formal test lasted 117 days. The results were as followed:compared with the control group,Chinese herbsⅠgroup and Chinese herbsⅡgroup had a decrease of 3.33% and 4.44% respectively in the cholesterol level (P<0.01),Chinese herbsⅠgroup and Chinese herbsⅡgroup had an increase of 6.06% and 7.58% respectively in the Triglycerides level (P<0.01), Chinese herbsⅠgroup and Chinese herbsⅡgroup had an increase of 10.75% and 13.98% respectively in the high-density lipoprotein level (P<0.01),Chinese herbsⅠgroup and Chinese herbsⅡgroup had a decrease of 11.11%and 13.68%respectively in the low-density lipoprotein level(P<0.01),Chinese herbsⅠgroup and Chinese herbsⅡgroup had a decrease of 6.39%and 2.99%respectively in the blood urea nitrogen level (P<0.01),Chinese herbsⅠgroup and Chinese herbsⅡgroup had an increase of 43.04% and 43.86% respectively in the alkaline phosphatase level (P<0.01),Chinese herbsⅠgroup and Chinese herbsⅡgroup had an increase of 6.85% and 7.47% respectively in the alanine aminotransferase level (P<0.01),Chinese herbsⅠgroup and Chinese herbsⅡgroup had an increase of 15.94% and 16.75% respectively in the aspartate aminotransferase level (P<0.01),and Chinese herbsⅠgroup and Chinese herbsⅡgroup are better than the antibiotic group in all these serum index. These indicate that Chinese herbs can improve blood serum index in growing pigs.
