以 A356铝合金为原料,通过熔体发泡法与吹气法分别制备了泡沫铝。其中,吹气法工艺分别采用 Al2 O 3及 SiC 颗粒制备了样品。运用光镜、SEM、EDS、XRD 等检测技术,对两种方法制备的泡沫铝的泡壁微观组织进行了比较研究,并分析了组织中第二相在泡沫稳定性中的作用。运用图像分析软件统计了各种第二相在组织中的平均面积分数,通过阳极覆膜技术确定了初生铝平均晶粒大小,而共晶硅的变质等级依据美国铸造协会的标准判定。结果表明,由于原料及工艺的不同使得两种泡沫铝在物相组成、各相面积分数、平均尺寸、初生铝相晶粒大小、共晶硅相变质等级等方面均存在较大的差异。

Using melt foaming process and gas injection foaming process,aluminum foams were produced sepa-rately from A356 aluminum alloy.For gas injection foaming process,Al2 O 3 particles and SiC particles were both adopted to produce specimens.Optical microscopy,SEM,EDS and XRD were used to analysis the micro-structure of aluminum foams prepared by different methods,and the effects of secondary phases in foam stabili-ty were also simply discussed.Average area fractions of all kinds of secondary phases were obtained with the help of an image analyzing software.Anodic film covering experiment was carried out to determine the average size of primary aluminum,and the metamorphic grade of eutectic silicon was determined by AFS standards.Re-sults indicate that aluminum foams produced by different methods are distinct in constitutional phases,area fraction of different phases,average size of primary aluminum,metamorphic grade of eutectic silicon and other aspects.
