目的：比较采集危重患者血气标本足背动脉、桡动脉以及股动脉三种不同采血法的临床应用效果。方法：选择我院ICU在2010年3月~2012年3月收治的210例危重患者采取足背动脉、桡动脉、股动脉进行穿刺采血，并对临床效果进行评价。结果：三种采血方法在一次性穿刺成功率、血肿及发绀发生率方面对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。足背动脉组患者在一次穿刺成功率、发生血肿、发绀半径范围<0.2 cm方面分别与桡动脉组、股动脉组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)，桡动脉组与股动脉组上述3方面比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：采用足背动脉穿刺采集血气分析标本，具有成功率高、不良反应少的优点，操作方便，可减轻患者痛苦，有踝部约束带时也不影响采集，节约了护士的工作时间，提高了临床护理质量。
목적：비교채집위중환자혈기표본족배동맥、뇨동맥이급고동맥삼충불동채혈법적림상응용효과。방법：선택아원ICU재2010년3월~2012년3월수치적210례위중환자채취족배동맥、뇨동맥、고동맥진행천자채혈，병대림상효과진행평개。결과：삼충채혈방법재일차성천자성공솔、혈종급발감발생솔방면대비균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。족배동맥조환자재일차천자성공솔、발생혈종、발감반경범위<0.2 cm방면분별여뇨동맥조、고동맥조비교유통계학의의(P<0.05)，뇨동맥조여고동맥조상술3방면비교균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론：채용족배동맥천자채집혈기분석표본，구유성공솔고、불량반응소적우점，조작방편，가감경환자통고，유과부약속대시야불영향채집，절약료호사적공작시간，제고료림상호리질량。
Objective:To compare the critically ill patients with blood gas samples dorsalis pedis artery,radial artery and femoral artery three different clinical application effect in pursuance of law. Methods:210 critically ill patients in our hospital ICU from March 2010 to March 2012 take the dorsalis pedis artery,ra-dial artery and femoral artery puncture blood cases were analyzed,and evaluate the clinical effect. Results:The three methods of blood collection in the one-time success rate of puncture,significant contrast differences in incidence of hematoma and cyanosis,all statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The specimens of dorsalis pedis artery puncture blood gas analysis,possesses the advantages of high success rate,less adverse reaction,easy to operate,can relieve patients′pain,have ankle constraints also does not affect the acquisition of the zone,managing nurses working time,improve the quality of clinical nursing.
