目的为了不必要的浪费还有可能滋生腐败甚至导致医疗事故的发生，对骨科高值耗材登记表格的设计与应用，保障高值耗材的质量和安全使用，提高临床管理。方法笔者特设计一种骨科专用高值耗材使用登记表，表格由十五项组成，此表由科室专人负责填写，用于记录高值耗材的使用、记账及支出情况。结果减少了护士的统计核查的工作量，数据更准确、更清晰，同时又避免了耗材的积压和短缺现象的发生，收到良好效果。结论规范并严格执行高值耗材的管理流程，表格有关患者信息及耗材信息内容详细齐全，便于查找及核对。有利于及时登记手术患者费用，避免漏帐及跑帐。确保收支平衡而不是被动支出影响绩效。按月归档，便于科室或库房查找及统计，做到账目清晰明确。是科学、高效管理的有力保障。
