人才资源短暂严重制约连锁企业发展,文章以百丽班的校企合作为例,介绍订单培养的合作模式,总结学生、学校、教师和企业四方取得的收获,并指出其存在的问题,提出了相应的解决对策,探讨具有创新性的校企共同培养连锁经营管理人才的有效方法。

Talent resource seriously restricts the development of chain enterprises .Based on the example of college-enterprise cooperation of Belle class , the order training cooperation mode was introduced , the gains of students, college, teachers and enterprise were summarized .Existing problems were pointed out and coun-termeasures were put forward in order to explore an innovative and effective method of cultivating chain enter -prise talents based on college-enterprise cooperation .
