The principle analysis of a small interdigital filter is presented. The stripline in- terdigital filter without side tuning screw has the advantages of small scale and low-loss. A new method of calculating the length of the rod is introduced. ANSOFT HFSS is used to simulate the filter. The performance of the filter is proved by simulation and practical tests.
