为了研究节能附体对螺旋桨空泡脉动压力的影响,进行了带节能附体螺旋桨空泡脉动压力的试验研究。在相同的船模伴流场、推力系数和空泡数工况下,测量了桨模、桨模带节能导管和桨模带节能支架时的螺旋桨脉动压力,计算得到螺旋桨脉动压力系数,并换算成实桨脉动压力值。研究并观察记录了相应的螺旋桨空泡形态。试验结果表明,节能导管和节能支架能有效减小螺旋桨脉动压力,减弱或消除毂涡,削减螺旋浆片空泡发生范围;带节能支架的螺旋桨空泡脉动压力性能优于带节能导管的螺旋桨。
為瞭研究節能附體對螺鏇槳空泡脈動壓力的影響,進行瞭帶節能附體螺鏇槳空泡脈動壓力的試驗研究。在相同的船模伴流場、推力繫數和空泡數工況下,測量瞭槳模、槳模帶節能導管和槳模帶節能支架時的螺鏇槳脈動壓力,計算得到螺鏇槳脈動壓力繫數,併換算成實槳脈動壓力值。研究併觀察記錄瞭相應的螺鏇槳空泡形態。試驗結果錶明,節能導管和節能支架能有效減小螺鏇槳脈動壓力,減弱或消除轂渦,削減螺鏇漿片空泡髮生範圍;帶節能支架的螺鏇槳空泡脈動壓力性能優于帶節能導管的螺鏇槳。

The model tests of propeller induced cavitation and the pressure pulses with the energy-saving appendage were con- ducted to study the effect of energy-saving appendages on them. Propeller induced pressure pulses are measured with or without the energy-saving duct/energy-saving holder in the same ship-model wake field under the same KT and σ. The fluctuating pres- sure coefficient and the pressure pulses in the full scale are derived. Three of the main influence factors are studied in the SSSRI cavitation tunnel. Cavity patterns are recorded. The test results show clearly that energy-saving duct/ holder can reduce or e-liminate boss vortex and cut down the sheet eavitation extent, hence, reduce pressure pulses effectively. The experiments also show that cavitation and pressure pulse performance of the propeller with energy-saving holder is better than that with energy-saving duct.
