工程建设引发禾草沟煤矿工场地主厂房段古滑坡复活，通过野外调查和测量、钻探、探槽、变形监测、室内试验和数值计算，分析该古滑坡的复活原因及变形破坏特征；采用改进的数值计算法对古滑坡的稳定性进行分析，古滑坡在天然条件下处于稳定状态；对古滑坡复活采用“削头压脚”措施后，稳定性满足安全要求，这对古滑坡的治理设计提供了理论依据。同时，该措施能节约工程投资，缩短工期，具有良好的经济效益。
工程建設引髮禾草溝煤礦工場地主廠房段古滑坡複活，通過野外調查和測量、鑽探、探槽、變形鑑測、室內試驗和數值計算，分析該古滑坡的複活原因及變形破壞特徵；採用改進的數值計算法對古滑坡的穩定性進行分析，古滑坡在天然條件下處于穩定狀態；對古滑坡複活採用“削頭壓腳”措施後，穩定性滿足安全要求，這對古滑坡的治理設計提供瞭理論依據。同時，該措施能節約工程投資，縮短工期，具有良好的經濟效益。

Engineering construction caused reactivation of the ancient landslide at main plant section of industrial ground at Hecaogou colliery, in this paper, combined with field investigation and measurements, drilling, exploration trench, deformation monitoring, laboratory experiments and numerical calculation, analyzed the reactivation reasons and deformation failure of the ancient landslide. By improved numerical calculations analysis, the ancient landslides in natural conditions in a steady state, reactivation of the ancient landslide use of ＂ cutting head pressure foot＂ measures, the stability to meet the safety requirements, which the ancient landslide governance theoretical basis for design raised. At the same time, the measure can be saving investment on the projects, shorten the construction period, with good economic benefits.
