以伊犁产狭叶薰衣草干花为原料,利用超声波辅助提取总黄酮.通过单因素试验和正交试验法L9(34),确定了提取薰衣草干花总黄酮的最佳工艺条件:体积分数60%乙醇溶液,料液比1:25,超声温度70℃,超声时间35min,超声功率400W.在该提取条件下,薰衣草干花总黄酮提取率最高,其值为12.24%.

Dried flowers of Lavandula augustifolia planted in Yili were used as the material to extract flavonoids by ultrasonic extraction. Single-factor experiment was adopted to investigate the effects on the yield of flavonoids. An orthogonal array design leading to a set of 9 combinations of these variables was performed to obtain the highest yield of flavonoids. Under the optimized conditions as follows: 60 % alcohol as the extraction solvent, extraction temperature 70℃, material/liquid ratio 1:25, and extraction time 35 min, power of ultrasonic wave 400W. A yield of flavonoids of 12.24 percent was achieved.
