随着计算机基础知识和应用的普及,高职学生对计算机基础课程的教学要求不断提高。为保障实施个性化教学效果,应针对不同基础的高职学生,制定不同课程标准,采用灵活的教学方法,调整实训内容,改革考核方式。实践证明,个性化教学可以极大地提高学生学习的主动性,保证良好的教学效果。

With the popularity of the basic knowledge and practice of computer, vocational college students have a higher demand for the teaching of computer basic courses. To ensure the implementation of the individualized teaching, it is important to set different curriculum standard in the light of the students' foundation, adopt the flexible teaching method, adjust the practical teaching contents and reform the assessment method. It is proved that the individualized teaching can greatly improve students' learning initiative and thus ensure a good teaching effect.
