高职人力资源管理专业发展迅速,但在办学过程中也存在诸如专业归属设置随意,与专业群其他专业无实质关联;师资队伍薄弱;实践关键设备缺乏,学生实习与就业关联不大的问题。为此,高职院校应深入理解高职教育内涵,关注政策走向和市场需求变动,提高校企合作质量,将人力资源管理专业办出特色,办出实效。

With the rapid development of human resource management major of vocational colleges, some problems appear in the developing process: the adscription of the major is random with no relation with other majors; the quality of the teaching staff is not high enough; the practicing facility is inadequate and the students' practice is not closely linked with their employment. Therefore, vocational colleges should understand profoundly the content of higher education, attach importance to the policy and market change, improve the quality of college-enterprise cooperation, and try to develop the human resource management major with its own characters and efficiency.
