根据单摆大角度运动的特点,为保证单摆上固定的平板运动的稳定性,定量分析摆角与平板运动的关系,设计以MC9S12XS128为核心的自动平板控制系统,利用角度传感器采集摆角信息,采用先进的二项步进电机进行平板角度控制,系统控制精度高,经测定,平板运动稳定性大大提高。
根據單襬大角度運動的特點,為保證單襬上固定的平闆運動的穩定性,定量分析襬角與平闆運動的關繫,設計以MC9S12XS128為覈心的自動平闆控製繫統,利用角度傳感器採集襬角信息,採用先進的二項步進電機進行平闆角度控製,繫統控製精度高,經測定,平闆運動穩定性大大提高。

According to the motion characteristics of pendulum in large angle, it is imperative to take a deeply quantitative analysis for relationship between swing angle and plate movement, as to make sure of the reliable movement stability for the plate fixed with pendulum. With the MCU MC9S12XS128 as the core and angle sensor for data collection, a automatic plate control system is designed using an advanced couple stepper motor to realize plate angle control. Performance test indicate that this system can achieve excellent precision and determination, the stability of plate motion has been greatly improved.
