为研究油桐尺蠖危害对桉树内含物的影响,对未受害、轻度受害、中度受害、重度受害4种受害程度的桉树叶片的黄酮、单宁、可溶性糖、和蛋白质等4种内含物含量进行了测定和比较。结果表明:桉树受到油桐尺蠖危害后,通过调节体内含物的种类及含量,主动地、积极地产生一系列生理生化反应,阻止害虫进一步为害。其中受害后桉树叶片黄酮和单宁等次生代谢物质的含量显著上升,可溶性糖、蛋白质营养物质含量则呈显著下降,表现出明显的应激防御反应。

위연구유동척확위해대안수내함물적영향,대미수해、경도수해、중도수해、중도수해4충수해정도적안수협편적황동、단저、가용성당、화단백질등4충내함물함량진행료측정화비교。결과표명:안수수도유동척확위해후,통과조절체내함물적충류급함량,주동지、적겁지산생일계렬생리생화반응,조지해충진일보위해。기중수해후안수협편황동화단저등차생대사물질적함량현저상승,가용성당、단백질영양물질함량칙정현저하강,표현출명현적응격방어반응。
To study flavone, tannin, soluble sults showed that: been the effects of inclusions in Eucalyptus damaged by Buzura suppressaria, the contents of sugar and protein in different damage degrees were measured and compared. The redamaged by Buzura suppressaria, the Eucalyptus regulated the types and contents of inlusions and produced a series of physiological and biochemical reactions to prevent further damaged by the pests. Such as significantly increased the contents of falconoid and tannin and significantly decreased the contents of soluble sugar and protein in leaves. The Eucalyptus showed significant stress reaction against the pests.
