实验以电针刺激为手段，研究在正常作息制和光暗倒相制下坑道作业人员的血清CK的昼夜节律变化特点。结果表明，电针刺激可以调整CK浓度的昼夜节律的相位，使CK浓度的峰相位前移，电针可以作为一种有效调节CK昼夜节律变化的有效手段。
