Experimental teaching of Cell Biography is an important step to combine theory with practice, and it is an effective way to develop the students＇ abilities to practice and innovate. On the basis of many years＇ experimental teaching practice, the author improves and optimizes the content arrangement, material uses, operation steps, medical tests, and so on in the experiment, in order to increase the students＇ understanding of experimental principles, to simplify experimental process, to save experimental expenditure, and to raise the effects of the experimental teaching.
