以宁德乡土树种柳杉为原料,聚乙二醇为液化剂,在浓硫酸和磷酸的混酸催化作用下,进行了木材液化试验.通过单因素试验,以残渣率为指标探讨了液化反应温度、反应时间、液比及催化剂用量与配比对柳杉液化反应的影响.结果表明,在反应温度160℃、反应时间120min、液比4:1、催化剂用量6%以及硫酸/磷酸体积比2:1的条件下,柳杉液化残渣率为9.5%.
以寧德鄉土樹種柳杉為原料,聚乙二醇為液化劑,在濃硫痠和燐痠的混痠催化作用下,進行瞭木材液化試驗.通過單因素試驗,以殘渣率為指標探討瞭液化反應溫度、反應時間、液比及催化劑用量與配比對柳杉液化反應的影響.結果錶明,在反應溫度160℃、反應時間120min、液比4:1、催化劑用量6%以及硫痠/燐痠體積比2:1的條件下,柳杉液化殘渣率為9.5%.

Wood liquefaction test was studied under the catalysis of mixed sulphuric and phosphoric acid, with cedar as raw materials, which is one of local tree species of Ningde, and polyethylene glycol as liquefaction agent. Single-factor experiments were employed to discuss the liquefaction of cedar under the conditions of reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst amount, wood to liquor and acid ratio by evaluating the residue content. The results showed that the appropriate conditions of liquefaction were 160℃, 120 min of reaction time, the ratio of wood to liquor was 4:1, the catalyst content 6%, and ratio of sulphuric acid to phosphoric acid was 2:1, in these conditions, the residue content of liquefaction is 9.5%.
