以硫酸锰和碳酸氢铵为原料通过结晶生长制备了(直径为4-5μm)的碳酸锰颗粒。探讨了两种反应物的配比和分散剂种类对其形貌和晶型的影响;并以合成的碳酸锰微球为模板,采用层层自组装(Layerbylayer,LBL)技术将具有相反电荷的聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS)和聚丙烯氯化铵(PAH)交替组装到微球表面,除去模板后得到了具有缓释功能的空腔胶囊。
以硫痠錳和碳痠氫銨為原料通過結晶生長製備瞭(直徑為4-5μm)的碳痠錳顆粒。探討瞭兩種反應物的配比和分散劑種類對其形貌和晶型的影響;併以閤成的碳痠錳微毬為模闆,採用層層自組裝(Layerbylayer,LBL)技術將具有相反電荷的聚苯乙烯磺痠鈉(PSS)和聚丙烯氯化銨(PAH)交替組裝到微毬錶麵,除去模闆後得到瞭具有緩釋功能的空腔膠囊。

Manganese sulfate and ammonium acid carbonate are used to synthesize manganese carbonate (MgCO3) microspheres. The influences of different reagents and the kinds of dispersion agents on the morphology of MgCO3 microspheres are studied in the paper. These synthesized microspheres are used as the template of microcapsules. Protamine sulfate (PSS) and dextran (PAH) are self-assembled on the surface of the obtained microspheres through layer-by-layer technique. After the MgCO3 are dissolved, the microcapsules are obtained.
