Industry business＇s depth participation in training process is an important feature of ＂Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program＂. The thesis explores the mode of college and enterprise joint cultivation for ＂Ex- cellent Engineer Education and Training Program＂, believing that the mode for the education of engineering majors who spend three years at college and one year in enterprise is appropriate. It provides a mode of enterprise learning featuring ＂project management system＂, ＂rotation system＂, ＂double tutorial system＂, and ＂prospective employees system＂. And it analyzes the feasibility of ＂decentralized approach＂ of college and enterprise joint cultivation.
