Pre-stressed Pre-cast Concrete (PPC) frame can overcome shortcomings such as difficult to assemble, poor reliabilities of node connections by stretching pre-stressed bars. Studies show that PPC has better seismic performance. The "strong column and weak beam strong connection weak components" design requirements can be satisfied with its good prospects for development.
