基于高校外事活动实践,综合国内译界已有认识,可将文化事物传译步骤程序化,从中可以看出：文化传译基本操作流程的关键节点在于依据语境、翻译目的、意识形态等判定策略应为异化还是归化、依据预设读者需求或文化认知水平判定需否阐释、依据使用场合等判定阐释方式,以及依据原文特色、意图等判定需否反映原文表达特点等。对于翻译实践操作而言,关键不仅在于需明确何时需做何种判断抉择,更在于需明确应取何种因素作为抉择依据。

A general model of the cultural translation process is formulated from the related studies so far in China, of which the key steps of choice making are pinpointed as： 1 ） foreignization or domestication with reference to the context, translation purpose as well as the ideological environment; 2） interpretation needed or not with reference to the meant audience; 3 ） annotation or paraphrase as the form of the interpretation with reference to the scenario where the target text is used; and 4 ） reproducing the rhetoric devices necessary or not with reference to the features or purpose of the source text. To the practitioners of translation, it is essential to be clear about the key steps of decision making, yet it is more significant to bear in mind the references or factors decisive to the choice making.
