In the freeway construction and running of the karst area, the ground collapse are formed easily, and endangered the safety engineering and regular sevice. The high density electrical method is a common exploration method on the freeway reconnaissance of the karst area. The paper reports the applied results and attention on the expressway reconnaissance in the karst area according to some engineering examples.
