调查发现,高校图书馆FAQ存在名称不统一、标识不明显、分类不清且无检索功能等方面的不足。为了改进FAQ的服务现状,要规范栏目名称及FAQ标识、将问题分类且应具有检索功能、注重问题的普遍性、及时筛选更新FAQ及建立更多的咨询平台等。
調查髮現,高校圖書館FAQ存在名稱不統一、標識不明顯、分類不清且無檢索功能等方麵的不足。為瞭改進FAQ的服務現狀,要規範欄目名稱及FAQ標識、將問題分類且應具有檢索功能、註重問題的普遍性、及時篩選更新FAQ及建立更多的咨詢平檯等。
조사발현,고교도서관FAQ존재명칭불통일、표식불명현、분류불청차무검색공능등방면적불족。위료개진FAQ적복무현상,요규범란목명칭급FAQ표식、장문제분류차응구유검색공능、주중문제적보편성、급시사선경신FAQ급건립경다적자순평태등。
Survey finds that there are such shortcomings in the university library FAQ as its name is not uniform, its logo is not obvious, sorting is fuzzy and it lacks of retrieval function. In order to improve the service status of university library FAQ, we should regulate the column name and logo, classify questions and have a search function, pay attention to the problem's universality, update FAQ timely and establish more consultation platforms.
