某高层建筑群分期施工,在后期施工的1#~3#基础土方开挖至设计标高后,发现地基地质卵石含量偏少,夹层分布不均匀,1#楼局部和3#楼的地基承载力不能满足设计要求,受场地条件和临近建筑物的限制,补桩或者继续深挖的措施难以进行,灌浆加固不仅费用较高,而且工期长。综合考虑各因素,采用PHC-300-70A预应力高强度混凝土管桩对3#楼地基和1#楼局部地基进行加固,经复合地基荷载板试验,处理后的地基满足设计要求,达到了较好的效果。

A certain cluster of high-rise building is under construction in stage.In the 1 # to 3 # construction,after the foundation pit was excavated to the design elevation,the problem of the previously designed foundation bearing capacity cannot meet the design requirements because the gravel content is less than the expected and the uneven geological layer distribution is emerging.Considering the restrictions of site conditions and adjacent buildings,the measures of filling piles or continue to excavating are difficult,and the grouting improvement is expensive and long duration.PHC-300-70A pre-stressed concrete piles are applied in the treatment of 3# and 1# local foundations.Through the composite plate loading test,the treatment foundations are competent to the design requirements,which achieved great results.
