本文分析了安全质量标准化体系与职业健康安全管理体系的差异及相同点,两个体系进行整合是两者长处的优势互补和管理优化,同时结合煤层气企业生产作业的现状,提出了煤层气企业应建立安全质量标准化体系与职业健康安全体系相结合的安全管理体系。

The paper analyzes the difference and common points between safety quality standardization system and the occupational and health management system. Integration of these two systems can comple- ment the superiorities of each system and optimize the management system. Meanwhile the paper proposes to set up a safety management system which combines these two systems based on the current status of production operation of the CBM enterprises.
