Innovation of social management is deepening at all levels of the society and guiding our current work. Based on the actualities of procuratorial work, this article discusses innovations of social management and procuratorial work against the background of ＂Risk Society＂ in terms of the three aspects of fact verification work, case procedure work and self-construction work of procuratorial organs.
