高校辅导员分布在各系各年级直接从事学生思想工作和日常管理工作。民族高等院校因招收学生的特殊性,其辅导员肩上担负着更重的责任。以青海民族大学文学与新闻传播学院辅导员工作实践为基础,提出民族院校辅导员工作在推进民族团结、应对突发事件、促进少数民族大学生就业等方面需要尤为注意的工作策略。

Counselors in colleges are responsible for ideological education and management of student affairs. In colleges and universities recruiting students from ethnic decades of working experience as college counselor in communities, counselors have to do more than that. With the Qinghai Nationalities University, we present that counselors of colleges for ethnic groups have to be very careful when tackling emergencies and incidents concerning minor groups Special attention needs to be given to the employment problem of those students from ethnic community.
