武汉东湖高新区经过二十多年的发展取得了很大的成就,但是其高科技企业的发展一直受到融资难的困扰。其原因一方面在于高科技企业自身的特点,如高投入、高风险等,另一方面在于我国资本市场的不完善,缺乏针对高科技企业发展的金融创新。要解决东湖高新区高科技企业融资难的困境,必须提升企业自身的素质,并完善资本市场,建立多层次的融资体系。

After 20 year’s development,Wuhan East Lake high-tech zone has made great achievements.However,high-tech enterprises have been puzzled by financing difficulties.One reason is that the high-tech enterprises’ own characteristics,such as high investments,high risks.The other is that China’s capital market is not perfect,and lacks of financial innovation response to the development of high-tech enterprises.In order to solve the financing difficulties of high-tech enterprises,we must enhance their own quality,and improve the capital market,establish a multi-level financing system.
