采用低温烧结电磁复合材料作基板,基于LTCC技术制备多层片式电感、电容及抗EMI低通滤波器,利用ADS软件和HFSS软件对低通滤波器进行电路仿真和三维结构仿真,设计出封装尺寸为0805型,截止频率为50 MHz,带内纹波小于0.5 dB,100 MHz处衰减大于20 dB的LTCC低通滤波器。

The electro-magnetic composite materials prepared by low temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC) technology were chosen to fabricate multilayer chip inductors, capacitances and anti-EMl filters. One used ADS and HFSS software to carry out the circuit simulation and three-dimensional structure simulation of low pass filter. Through simulating and revising the model repeatedly, one finally designed the follow LTCC low pass filters with packages size of 0805 type. The cut off frequency of filter is 50 MHz, ripple within the passband is below 0. 5 dB, attenuation exceed 20 dB at 100 MHz.
