为探讨受试菌菌悬液浓度对体外药敏实验结果的影响,该文采用微量稀释法测定阿莫西林/克拉维酸(4:1)、庆大霉素、多西环素和恩诺沙星等4种药物对鸡大肠杆菌和鸡金黄色葡萄球菌在不同菌悬液浓度(10^3CFU/mL、10^4CFU/mL、10^5CFU/mL、10^6CFU/mL、10^7CFU/mL)的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值。结果表明:恩诺沙星对两类细菌的MIC值不受接种的菌悬液浓度影响;多西环素对大肠杆菌的MIC值受菌悬液浓度影响较小,但其对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC值随菌悬液浓度升高而升高;阿莫西林/克拉维酸(2:1)和阿米卡星对两类菌株的MIC值均随菌悬液浓度增大而增大,增大的幅度因药物和受试菌不同而异。

The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of amoxicillin/clavulanic acid(4/1 ), gentamicin, deoxycycline, and enrofloxaein were detected with microdilution method against Escherichia eoli and Staphylococcus aureus strains isolated from chickens at different inoeulum suspension concentrations(10^3CFU/mL, 10^4CFU/mL, 10^5CFU/mL, 10^6CFU/mL and 10^7CFU/mL). The results revealed that the inoculum suspension concentrations had no influence on the MICs of enrofloxacin, a little influence on the MIC of deoxycycline against Escherichia coli, but striking effect on the MICs of others.
